Lately, we are witnessing revitalisation of schools and kindergartens with common denominator – „decreasing energy efficiency of basic school buildings ..." Meeting the conditions and based on discussions, mayors or rather school establishment can obtain very significant grants. Without receiving grants, construction works could not be financed only using the municipal budget. Schools show thereafter pride on the new colorful envelope, airtight windlows and usual large billboard of thanks to the grant provider – the state, the Union, etc. Schools are kontent with receiving costs savings for heating.
